Just got an email from BCM stating they shipped me a replacement part for one of the grips I bought a while ago. I even told them in my 2nd initial email about the part that they left me hanging by not responding. The rep even sent a copy of the email they sent me when I first initiated contact with them and with the date and time they received the email and when they responded. GREAT customer service and wish that every company had service like this.
