At first I thought paracord would make the wire folder more comfortable...but I had enough cord leftover to double it up and go over it again, I was hoping it would be enough to act like a riser. I tried to keep the paracord as tight as possible so it doesn't spin around the wire.

All in all, it does OK. It's better than nothing, doesn't look bad, and it does help the cheekweld...but it's still a bit of a crutch. I just can't bring myself to find one of those bolt-on wire risers that were available for a time. I'm sure it works...but I hate the way they look!
