I bought some pork tenderloin "tips" at the market yesterday...have been thinking what to do with them.
The answer is so obvious but I completely forgot about this until I looked at my alerts and saw this thread again this morning, HA!
How does this not have any bourbon in it?

Oh boy! So tenderloin tips is almost like a whole pack of mini tenderloins. I just cut the silver skin off and filleted them out. Gonna be good tomorrow!
