SUMMARY
Mechanical Technician with 2 years of experience needed to direct and coordinate a variety of machinery installation, repairs, and troubleshooting.The employee is required to work without supervision to plan his/her own work assignments. Must be experienced in VFD drive setup; understands electrical code; ability to read electrical print; and communicate well with customer.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum 2 years commercial/industrial equipment set-up experience.
Must be able to read electrical schematic, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshoot.
Knowledgeable of variable frequency drive setups.
Proficiency in MS Office and other software programs
Ability to interact well with customers and other professionals.
Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Willingness to travel; work nights/weekends/overtime, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Considerable knowledge of complex electrical controls
Ability to supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of special equipment.
Self-discipline and motivation
$40.00/hr ($90,000) depending on level and years of experience. Extra $1k a month insurance and car.
