In Progress Auto correct/ auto fill

Behaves di in this site than any other site, ap or program I use. If a word is misspelled then an attempt is made to correct odd words crop up. Thought it was me at first. i use an Ipad I use duck duck go as a browser

Will take some next time it happens. Trying to get it to do it now but of course it won’t.

Here is a pretty normal happening. I started to type surprise, after getting surp typed the auto fill option came up for surprise, I tapped that. It did not auto fill, I assumed it did and kept typing. Upon noticing there was just surp there I backspaced and tried to finish the word. Auto fill Options came up for words that started with pr. I finished typing surprised and it autocorrected as shown. Hope this helps. Not an earth shaking problem but a bit aggravating at times.

Ah so it's related to Apple's autocomplete feature. Thanks for the screenshot and the explanation.
