Not true! Another member suggested a change in format after a bid had already been offered. I suppose you would be ok with winning a GunBroker auction then have the poster changing the rules afterwards?

The another member was the donator, he suggested the increase based on adding a second item....

Keep in mind this is not gun broker, this a a goodwill auction raising money for another member, all the items are donated, some times the donators change the rules, sometimes when posting we miss things. None of it is intentional and until you do this yourself you have no clue how hard this is to organize.
