Mr. Shelby said that he was putting Ms. Lynch and the Justice Department “on notice” that his subcommittee “will have no part in undermining the Constitution and the rights it protects.”

Several conservative lawyers addressing the panel agreed with him, saying that the president was overstepping his executive authority. One witness, Luther Strange, the attorney general in Alabama, said that some elements of the president’s plan were “an unwarranted assault on the Second Amendment” and that they would do little to reduce gun crime.

And Ryan and company will approve it in either the next massive spending bill or buried deeply in an unrelated bill.

They have given obama EVERY SINGLE thing he has wanted so why are they going to draw the line at this, when they can hide it so easily? :confused:
