Atlanta area gunsmith rec for chopping/pinning/welding a Saiga 12?

Got a Saiga 12 while I was out of state and love it. Put one of the fat Russian DTK-2 brakes on it which pretty much made recoil nonexistent, but now it's quite long. Can anyone recommend a gunsmith in the Atlanta area for chopping the barrel and pin/welding the muzzle brake back on to take it to 18" total? Thanks!
