Not disagreeing but this gave me some food for thought. I wonder if our reluctance to share anymore is worse than actually sharing and normalizing it.
Would he really have to turn over his VA records?
A decent lawyer should get this tossed. 1st a civil suit shouldnt require his records of anykind and i wouldnt tell anyone, let alone some idjut how many if any guns i own.
the only thing he should have to prove is he is in bounds of the law.
The judge already signed off on it from the story. Pretty messed up.
Not braking any laws but has to prove his fitness for ownership? Amazing!
