Felt compelled to share this with folks and help spread it.

The gist is this guy, who is an Army combat veteran, built a shooting range on his own land. A neighbor sent the cops over multiple times. Since that didn't work due to breaking no laws, the neighbor has filed a civil suit. The boneheaded judge has agreed to a discovery request for the vet's medical records, and inventory of his firearms, among other ridiculous requests.

Discovery doc for anyone interested: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1...RzCjFvwOp36U6KxhmUxVSa8JmbDDneTH86mVfHeQyPTZg

There's a gofundme set up to help this guy with legal fees:

I imagine there's a good number of folks on here who shoot in their backyards or a buddy's. Can't imagine what a pain this would be to deal with.
