Army core of engineers property and carry?

So from what i have come across so far. It is still against federal law to have a firearm on their property (land or water). If you were to be found carrying, it is possible to lose your GWL and/or face fines. Is this correct? You still cannot carry on property that has "Army" in its name?

Any additional info on this issue?

"OUR" property, they don't own manure !........... Duck hunters are permitted to shoot during season on the "PEOPLES" land / water so you should know my feelings . Self preservation from man or beast is a natural act, I'd rather take my chance telling my story to a Judge rather than NOT being able to tell..............anyone .
