Are gun shows a waste of time now?

Every gun show I've been to in the last year has been awful. Mostly retail vendors who are price gouging. It's worse than GunBroker. I'm finding better deals in actual stores and pawn shops. 90% of the show are Glocks and ARs. Then you'll have that one guy with milsurps but he thinks a Chinese SKS is worth $1200.

I used to enjoy them. I don't think I've ever been to do many gun shows without buying something as I have this past year
