Apply pie brandy

I just put two gallons on the stove and soon the house will be smelling great. I use the original recipe in the first post less one cup of white sugar. My wife shops for my ingredients and can not find apple juice "not from concentrate ". Each year I just figure if we can't find it the other will have to do. It hasn't been a problem in the past but if anyone has a suggestion where to get it I would like to know for the next batch.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS it my ODT friends and family.
I found mine at Walmart. It's in the refrigerated section next to the juices.

This is very cool.
Glad to know where to get the ingredients.
Got some time off next week.
Might need to make a batch.
You will be glad you did. Do not forget to save the pulp and add a little Everclear. It will make a hot buttered biscuit stand up and be happy!!!!

Oh it's on!
Got the ingredients.
Chose the spiced cider instead of the reg.
Wally World didn't have the jumbo cinnamon sticks.
Had to spring for 2 of the small McCormick jars @$4.48 ea.
Also got some mason jars to put it in.

Any issues with not refrigerating the final product, or should it stay in the fridge?

Gonna make Tickle and Popcorn proud.

No issues, just frig after opening. Be careful, that stuff will sneak up on you, I have seen it happen.

By the way, if you use the spiced cider you may not need as many cinnamon sticks.

Just finished a batch. It made 13 pints and 1 Quart.
I peeled and cored the apples and added 2 apples along with a cut of Crown Apple.
It's pretty good. House smells great.
The apples are gonna be great on some Daves Killer Bread tomorrow morning.
Thanks for the recipe.
