Thought I'd try something different. Sausage stuffing that I used was a little wetter than usual so that they wouldn't dry out.

showed this to the Wife (she said that looks damn good) and she would like to know about the Sausage stuffing recipe
Nothing to it, just browned some ground sausage in the skillet and mixed it with stove-top stuffing. Make it a little moister than you usually would.
You can also use portobellos with the stuffing as well.
Used an apple/molasses rub on the chops.
Sorry but I didn't time the cooking, I just left them in the smoker until they hit the right temperature.
