Anyone here good with (pool) pump motors?

Is it cavitation? Air in the suction strainer? Any broken impeller vanes?

I dont think its cavitation. Ill try to post a vid here.

Well I could have swore it was but Im outside now and it is u.s. motors.

Yup a Hayward Super Pump, sounds like it's the seals to me. Been in the pool service industry for 13 years, we'll always install a new seal kit if we're doing a motor replacement.

Yeah that's usually what we'll do and what I recommend, the do-it-yourselfer always takes this route, nothing wrong with trying to save some coin!

I did change the seals too, but obviously not the pump. Going to recheck it when I get home today from work.
