Anyone have experience with Kansas City Firearms?

I found them on gun.deals, and ordered 2 of the Sig Sauer Romeo 5s. Only 1 showed up in the package today. No phone #, just an email for contact. I sent an email, and now I'm wondering what to expect and if I'll need to escalate it. Any experiences you all can share? Thanks.

Quick update: I was able to find the dealer's phone # via ATF website. I left a polite voicemail, and got a positive response the next day. Received the remainder of my order today, no problemo. Happy with the transaction overall, despite the hiccup.
