Triamcinolone Acetonide ointment
(not the "cream" specifically ask for the "ointment")

It's a clear greasy steroid ointment that comes in a tube. Apply a small amount to the irritated area. Leave it on overnight and it works magic. You'll need a doctor to prescribe it to you.

Between uses of that medicine, try Vaseline intensive care mens lotion. It doesn't smell like the normal lotion. Apply it every day even if you don't have irritation.

Dermatologist can prescribe lotion. Worked for me. Use shampoo to shower with and NOT SOAP . Use moisturising lotion and not Vaseline. That's what I do.

Vaseline is a name brand. They make very good moisturizing lotion.
