ANYBODY GOT A PORTABLE WELDER??

I've got a Cannon gun safe that has a weld that came loose behind the panel in the door. I've got it taken apart and need someone with a portable welder to re weld where it's came loose.
The whole weld won't take 2 minutes, not but about 3/4" long.
I'm in Eatonton and will be glad to pay someone to come do it for me.
Cannon sent me a new safe to replace it and they don't want the other one back.
Problem is I can't shut the door on the old one till I get that little piece welded back.

I have one you are welcome to borrow. My welding is "chicken poop" , maybe you can do better.

To tell you the truth, I do much prettier welds with 3 car batteries and some jumper cables. It is just a huge pain to hook it up.

For a small job, that is what I would do.

Same here, I have a portable Lincoln, but you're not close by.
Maybe buy a harbor freight welder for $100 and you have one..........?
