I'm new to ODT and I wanted to know if there is anything I should look out for when buying and selling? Are there better forms of payment in comparison with others? Are there etiquitte queues I need to follow that are unique to ODT?

I have a couple weapons up for sale and people have immediately tried to communicate only through SMS text messaging. Is it normal to try to reply back to them and have all the communication in the PM? Or does that aggravate people?
