Don’t normally care for habanero, but there’s a Mexican Restaurant in Jefferson Ga that has a great green habanero sauce that is out of this world. Lots of heat but doesn’t overpower the flavor.

More than likely its this stuff. Its great on the mexican pork

I got tired of the Louisiana style hot sauces a couple of years ago. Now, I'm hooked on David Tran's Siracha "Rooster Sauce." Before that is was Valentina. I go though stages I guess. There are a lot of good ones out there. But buy the real thing. Tran is living the dream. An Vietnam immigrant made himself into a millionaire the America way.

Franks, Tabasco chipotle, Tabasco, franks buffalo and sriracha will always have a place at my house, but I do like buying small bottles of others to try. Y’all have given me some ideas.

Thanks for posting Mac. Luv me some hot sauce . I tried some "Nashville Hot" chicken fingers at O Charley's the other day and Man, I wish I knew how to make or where to buy that stuff. I talked the waitress into some sauce toGo but it's long gone

Franks hot sauce and melted butter. I dip boiled shrimp in it. Holy sheet is it good.
