Decent scope for the money...I have one on my Mini-14. My local Wally just had them red-tagged for $225 I think.
With that said though, my Burris 3-9X40 is actually clearer, has the bullet drop cross hairs, and is cheaper.

I will check that one out too ...I just want something I can shoot 200 yards with.

Just a thought. You may want to consider a scope that has a lower power. Something along the lines of a 1x4. 4 power is more than enough for 200 yards and the low end will make the rifle effective in CQB. I have messed with all kinds of optics for my AR and have ended up with the Bushnell Elite 4200 1.25 x 4 with illuminated dot.

That sounds good...I just thought this was a decent scope for the price ..I will check that Bushnell out...I appreciate it!!!

leupold mk ar or a nikon prostaff 3-9-40, although if I were buying for me I would choose a fixed 3x scope. Its all you need up to 300 meters. When I was in the Marines we shot to 500 meters open sights.

I shoot 10 inch steel all day at 200 with an aimpoint comp m2

Oh YEA, I almost forgot your prostaff you can pick up from natchez shooting supply online, but they will not ship to ga. I just ship my stuff to my parents in miss and they send it to me. 99 bucks
