Alerted About New Threads

I am being Alerted to threads I don't care about and wondered if I pushed a wrong button or something. I would love to turn it off. Thanks

ETA I also see that I am subbed to threads that I have never even seen before. What gives?

If you are subscribed just click the unsubscribe button at the top of the page. Or just don’t respond to the alert. It will quit alerting you.

are they all classifieds or threads from a certain subforum? if so maybe youre subscribed to the sub forum.

Have not gotten any alerts today but has shown some everyday for a while but still shows me a pair of glasses saying I am subbed to forums not subbed and not on my subbed list.
