AK GUNSMITH FOR CUSTOM HANDGUARD FITTING

I have a Pak-9 and @ kalashnicarver on Instagram makes custom pak 9 handguards but he told me they they will need to fitted by a AK gunsmith if I want to insure proper and secure fitment. Is there any AK gunsmith in GA capable of doing this ?

The best al gunsmith is usually a file and sandpaper. Outside of that, Ortiz in Savannah.
