Dang it, after reading this post last night and today, I had to order me some spatzle and mushroom gravy, so I can make Jägerschnitzel. Guess I’ll be pounding my pork instead of pulling it this weekend.

You can make your on spatzle but it's a pain so I usually just buy the bagged type.

Spaten is a good substitute for Warsteiner. Now some Bavarian beer drinking music:

I’ll admit it, I bought mine from Amazon. I went to a local German store, but they were closed, so I went on Amazon.
