I need to restock my beer supply and I need to cook a saurerbraten.
This type of cooking isn't waistline friendly.
I have to be careful that I don't slip over the line from "fluffy" to "damn!".

Dude, looks great, but it’s not Jägerschnitzel without the mushroom gravy, otherwise it’s just Schweineschnitzel.
