Who here has it? What has been your best coping mechanism for you or your partner? Did you see it with your parents? How are you helping your kids overcome it?

I started reading the article but got distracted 3 seconds in (literally). Fortunately in my chosen profession ADHD is pretty much a requirement.

The ability to context switch quickly is very valuable in many professions.

Music streaming site + phone app called “Focus@Will” and they have a couple different ADHD channels with music that’s scientifically designed to help you focus.

I probably have a touch of it, but I'm not a fan of pharmaceuticals. Interestingly, back in college, I partook of the devil's lettuce and in small amounts it allowed me to be more focused on tasks at hand.

My youngest son was diagnosed with ADHD, he used this so called disease to get out of lot of work, this happened when we lived in Boston, came to Georgia had him reevaluated, and the doctor here said my son did Not have ADHD, my wife lost it, called the installation commander at my last installation to complain. Enough said!
