If that dude was throwing sh*t out his window at my car, and chasing me through rush hour traffic I would have accidental discharged in his face 3 times...he was obviously going crazy and putting everyone on the road at risk. As soon as rammed me after chasing me for a while, that would have been it. Eliminate the threat.

Negligent discharge is the more politically correct term; at least that’s what I told all my former girlfriends.

Is possible........Had a .22 bolt action rifle whose saftey failed and fired when closing the bolt. Was not a slam fire nor was my finger in the trigger guard. It was pointed down range though

This would qualify as "Accidental"....

I read somewhere that an early spas 12 would fire when chambering a round even with the saftey on. I would call that accidental.

yeah, they redesigned the safety on the SPAS-12 because of that. That is one gun I wish I'd never gotten rid of.
