No, there is not. There is a shortage of raw materials, due to mines having been shutdown for several months, as well as unprecedendent demand.
You see more Russian made ammo for sale because Russia never shut down their economy to the same extent as US did. They kept making ammo and mining for ore and coal.

Let's see... if I scale back my practice rounds to only 500 rounds per month, I can only shoot at that pace for about 10 years. Maybe it will be over by then.

And if you cut it down to 400 rounds a month and sold the excess ammo you could buy a new gun every six months or so

Or, if I sold a gun every month (at today's prices) for the next 10 years, I'd probably still have too many guns.

My best insider info that I've gotten from two friends that work for a major ammunition manufacturer is to expect extreme shortages to last between 6 months to 4.5 years from today.
