Why 75 Hard?
16 months ago I was 230lbs. Approaching my 50th birthday I didn’t want to carry all that weight on my aging body. I’ve always loved weight training. I started eating Whole Foods, exercising and drinking lots of water since February 2019. I fell off the wagon last fall and felt like a slug! Late January of this year I was very sick with what I think was covid-19. I felt like I was dying until the fever broke. 3-4 weeks later and 7-8 pounds lost from being sick, I needed something to light my fire again. I found 75 Hard! I was comfortable, established and taking life and my health for granted. Final weight 205lbs.

75 days:
1) Over 244 miles run( I walked/jogged early on to get stamina)
2) 75 consecutive days of weight training sessions
3) Drank well over 75 gallons of water
4) I’ve read over 750 pages
5) Diet was only Whole Foods and water

No interest in 75 Hard? The mental and physical transformation is amazing. It’s about commitment and you choose the exercises, diet and books to read. If you’re fortunate enough to have your mobility, why not get yourself back on track? How are you going to outrun the zombies while carrying your bug out bag?

I'll probably need 150 Hard. But I'm about to get to it. Good Job.

I was the same way. We get old, comfortable and fat. It’s a matter of making ourselves uncomfortable and making the commitment no matter what. I’m definitely a new man!

More difficult when you are not fortunate enough to have mobility.
I have got to get into a pool 4-5 days a week this year, is the plan.
Right now i cannot go 10 feet walking without excruciating pain in my spine/hips . :(

You have made a great transformation! Congrats! I bet you feel 1000% better too
