6th annual ODT trout stream meet and greet May 29-31

I had a great time as usual. Always enjoy seeing old friends and making new ones. Hanging out around a campfire eating good food and swapping stories is always a good time. I consider the fishing to be a bonus, but the highlight of my weekend was watching @militaryrednek catch that big trout.

It was definitely a pleasure getting to meet all of you. I wished that I could have gotten there a little earlier so that I could have met @DinkyDau.->> I’m sorry that I missed you brother. My wife and kids had a great time and both kids were able to catch their first trout ever. My son landed a dandy of a Brook Trout this morning. It definitely beat my personal best! Seeing the smiles on their faces made it well worth it.
It was refreshing to escape all the madness that has been going on lately and enjoy God’s creation with family and friends. I made some new friends and I’m sure that we’ll all gather around a fire again.

Caught my personal best rainbow this weekend! Just shy of 2 foot! Lol. As to where I cought it....in the water. Lol.

As always it was a blast seeing everyone who made it again! Shout out to Zach @militaryrednek for catching that humongous trout!! Biggest one I’ve ever laid my eyes on! And thank you, DinkyDau for coming to visit and bringing us donuts! Definitely enjoyed the company of you and your lovely Bride! And @GusLamar it was a pleasure hanging out with you and your crew once again! Love you guys and thanks for feeding our dog, Riley!
