Split and core 10 jalapeños
combine Cream cheese, bacon, cut up lil smokies, three cheese Mexican blend, and some extra cheddar. Bad Byron's butt rub for seasoning.
Once combined, stuff peppers with the mixture and wrap in bacon. One toothpick on each end of the pepper to keep them together. Put them on the smoker for an hour or so at 225ish. Good eating!
