401k-Roth IRA- company doesn't have matching.....????

My wife had a 401-k, started when she joined Fed-Ex when she was 19yrs old, she retired at 42yrs old, she was told not to roll over her 401-k if you were going to work for a smaller company because the maintenance fee would go up. I don't know anything about 401's the military started a Thrift Saving System the year I retired.

Sure has a nice balance there... Congrats...
Not sure what FedEx investment options are.... Just don't have it sitting in all FedEx stock..... Diversify.

And rather than roll it into a smaller company's 401 (which I don't think you can do), roll it into an IRA.
If you do not feel comfortable managing it, talk to a few Financial Advisers...
