Out of curiosity, the "suspect"......how much feedback do they have if you know? Is it a noob or someone in good, long term standing is where I'm headed. Don't care who it is, just testing a theory.

Wow! There goes my safety policy of only dealing with long term, high positive feedback members on firearms transactions! Good thing all my firearms were lost in a tragic boating accident I guess.......praise the Lord for small miracles!
Seriously though, talk to a lawyer so that at the very least if things head down a bad and unexpected path someone knows the background and you can call for help.
Definitely wouldn't post here! Get a lawyer ASAP. Go to GCO(georgiacarry) and look up some advice there.
