.22 LR at Walmart

If you’re shooting steel challenge or just want to plink, Walmart has Federal Automatch .22 in stock in the south metro area (College Park, Riverdale, Fayetteville, Lovejoy, etc). I just picked up 3 boxes in Lovejoy for $18.73, but I’ve seen in for $17.86. The trick is finding a person with a key to the ammo case, of course.

Yesterday my local Walmart in Cumming had 22 long rifle,
CCI standard velocity (1070 ft./sec)
,50 round boxes.

They were $3.70 but the limit was only one box per person.

The limit here is 3 boxes at a time, though I doubt that they’d enforce that. Even if they did, there are at least 5 stores within 20 minutes of me that have had this in stock for at least 2 weeks now. Again, the trick is actually finding someone that has a key to the ammo cabinet
