Would the 29th of February, 7th of march, or 14th of march be good for a meet? We can get a restaurant to reserve a seating area. Just need a meet to get everyone together, pick our teams, and throw in for entry fee.

I will try to. My wife is more tech savvy than I am. Probably set up a paypal. I'll send screenshot of receipt of recieved, withdrawal the full amount have it lined out for total of entry money, and have it in in the safe.

Yeah all the dates would work for me. But I think you do need to set up something for those that can’t come. Like mfoster said it will be just about impossible for everybody to make it
