I hunted but the wind was brutal. Hunting cutover it was howling. Moved to a. Ground blind in woods saw nada.

Beautiful if not for wind.

I'm thinking the wind will lay down this afternoon. It's already a lot less windy here than it was this morning

Laid in the bed this morning. Rain headed in this week and temp is spose to be a little lower in the morning. Gonna try it then Got the other 308 out for this hunt. Good luck all.

I had a momma towing two babies a little before 8 this morning. Couldn't get a comfortable shot on momma. No need orphaning the kiddos anyway.

Little one's are tasty.

On a side note I had a.....um....procedure this morning. Side lined till Friday morning. Let's just say it's ice packs and binging Hulu and Netflix for me.

Looks like I picked the wrong week to hunt. I'm pretty sure he knew exactly where my camera was. What a tease.

I'm set up on a 1.5 acre food plot this evening. There were already three waiting on me when I got here.

Decent sized deer showed up but he's not legal. I have seen this deer all over the property this year. He has a scar on his back that I think he got from fighting.

Heading to the cooler folks. Freezer has been empty since September.
