Saw this guy chasing a couple of does around the field about 7:45.

At MIL house woke up to 18 outside in KY. Will be a few more days before I can get into the woods. Good luck and stay safe out there.

Got one at 7:55. Hit her right in the sternum but she managed to run. All the way down a gulley. I've never had to track one before so this was a new experience for me. I was just a few minutes away from giving up because I had to leave to go to work when I saw a blood trail. About a hundred yards into the woods. I had to call my friend who owns the property to help me drag her up the hill and out of the woods. I don't want to do that again.
