So simple to swap barrel even I can do it... Choice of barrels is more difficult. LOL
Overwhelming number of choices and spectrum of price.
Green Mountain is value priced and accurate. Kidd is higher priced and super accurate. Feddersen gets super high marks too.

Alan wrench. Boom...
If it is a factory barrel they typically come out super easy. Check out YouTube The barrel is just held in with the little thing called a v-block and two Allen screws

I know little to nothing about it. I traded a Bubba sks for it. It shoots nicely though. I think the barrel is 16 inch though maybe 18 but l dont think so
