Congrats everyone!

Saw 12 this morning between 7am and 8am. Nothing since. Lot of does and their little ones and 2 bucks. One buck was decent 8 point, but prob only 2.5 yrs old. Other buck was bigger and older, but rack was weird. He had good mass and was really tall, but looked like the ends crossed and inside spread couldnt have been more than 8-9 inches. I prob should have shot him when I had the chance, as he had a large body, but the oddness of that rack made me hesitate too long.

I love goofy racked deer! I’d use both tags on ones if I saw them. Congrats on your deer.

I too love those messed up racks. I saw a big bodied buck this a.m. with 4 on the left and a big cow horn on the right. Used a doe bleat to stop him and he started horning a tree. Did it again and turned him around, perhaps I got over zealous and he went right back where he came from. Shot would have been to my right. Never took my rifle out of the rack. Win some, lose most.
