lop a couple inches off the stock and add a butt pad.
and you got a nifty coach gun that is fun to shoot.
get one of those mini butane torches. small enough to control and it gets hot enough to do the job. You just need to get it hot enough to soften the loctite, then unscrew it....easy peasy....BUT if some of the parts are aluminum alloy, as opposed to steel, it might melt them.

I would be more concerned about increased pressures with 3 inch shells. This is like reaming a 22 lr to shoot 22 magnums....isn't it?? Got to believe a 3 inch high brass shell has more power/pressure than a high brass 2.75 shell.
2 man job....have someone hold the stock firmly, even with stock in vise, then get screwdriver in slot and turn while tapping the end of the screwdriver with a hammer so you get twisting and impact force on the bolt/screw you are trying to remove.
