    Anyone handy with basic hand tools can build a custom now if you choose an action that is machined with tolerances to accept prefits. Some of the "custom" shops now keep actions stocked (for example Impact) along with the appropriate barrels and stocks/chassis.

    I had to swap out the entire trigger group on my Beretta A300 Ultima 20 gauge. I bought it from a high volume Beretta dealer and Beretta had sent him a number of the "improved" trigger groups for warranty swap on the spot

    How does it act with factory ammo? I am a rifle cartridge reloader but if I have an issue with my reloads I check with some factory ammo first before taking to gunsmith, etc.
