    Agreed. The only problem is a lot of times when the wrench rounds off it damages the inside of the screw making it to where a drill bit is needed to remove it.

    DO NOT FORCE IT. A little gap is normal but that looks a little bigger than usual. Try the wire trick. You'll probably feel the seem of the choke to the barrel but the wire shouldn't hang up. It sounds like it got a little loose while you were shooting it and it got some gunk behind it...

    Ban saw is the way to go. Use a file to touch up the cut and smooth it out a little then touch up the paint. Make sure everything is very square before you start.
