    13k offer for a built truck isn't unheard of. Rare to get out of a vehicle money spent on upgrades. Head to an auction with it and set a reserve. Not saying there isn't someone who would offer your asking price but most would take a 2010-2015 4x4 with 100k over a 1987. That's just the way it is...
