The throttle kick and rear tire spin are the key. It's obvious in the video/audio; no clutching, gear shifting, etc. I still think he kicked the throttle and spun the back tires to dust the guy when he went by. Typical TS BS. That's where the rub is. If he hadn't done that, and just drove by... -

Actually, I think Chipper "retired" a few seasons ago. He probably has developed "repetitive hangnail syndrome" or some other malicious injury problem, liked chronic "bruised hand" to finally push him out. Too much pain to play. -
