I had a 14 ft flat bottom that I used to take up and down the hooch. I sold it to make room in the garage and got a kayak that I can just hang up on hooks in the ceiling. I have never regretted it. The Kayak is so much more versatile and fun. And I can get in spots I couldn't with my jon boat.
