    Tore mine 4 years ago while working, slip and fell forward. The tears are ranked small, medium, large and massive. Of course mine was massive, couldn't pick my arm up past my shoulder. Two months later,had arthroscopic surgery, then 6 months of rehab two days a week. Good luck.
