    I’ve done this so long it’s become second nature and becomes muscle memory. Liquid containers over 3oz will be removed. Through basic security routes, belts, shoes, should be removed. All electronic equipment such as laptops are to be placed outside of luggage.

    The way I’m reading it is that silent mode won’t stop reception of the alert but, it should still mute the noise of the ringing, etc.
