    Had one show up wanting to trade when we had already agreed on a cash price. Met in a one red light town on a Sunday. He had to go find an atm, never brought the cash with him but luckily there was an atm nearby and we got the deal done.

Assuming the underwriter thinks you can still afford two mortgages....which more than likely you can because you are doing that now. Then sell the lake house before the two year rule is up and use its equity to refinance...

    Still waiting on my 2500 a year savings, lost my dr too, took him about 5 years to start taking my insurance again. I already told my boys, if you wanna go into business for yourself, marry a teacher and get on their state plan for cheap, plus they have great retirements.
