    There is a lot of blame to go around and I'm sure things could have been done better. The next debate will be what should we do the next time...should we spend more money for more vehicles to treat the roads or will be a waste of money because this may not happen for another 5 years? Damn if...

    You maybe right and things happen sometimes. I have a Glock now and it took a while to warm up to carrying it because of stories like this.

    There will always be a debate on should or shouldn't you have one chambered or even if your firearm should have a manual safety or not...how about just leaving it up to the individual and what they feel safe with.
