    Yep these things are true. But my assertion that chops has it is absolutely correct. You can compare their certificate, and those of other restaurants, with the official criteria to prove it to yourself.

    For me, there is no limit on what I'd spend to save my bullmastiff. Now if we're talking something on the order of tons of money to prolong life for a month or for a low quality of life, that's a different story.
